Shipping & Delivery Terms

Aikah ensure its best efforts to have a smooth and speedy delivery. However, the actual delivery of your order may be impacted by many events and factors that are beyond the control of Aikah once it leaves our facilities. Therefore, Aikah cannot be held liable for late deliveries, if any. As Aikah takes care of the dispatch of the Products you purchase, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the order dispatch confirmation email. If there are any issues with your delivery, you may please contact us to resolve it through our available contact channels.

Orders before 2.00 PM: Next business day delivery around U.A.E. (Main Cities)
Orders after 2.00 PM: Max 2 business days delivery, Monday-Friday.
Order on Friday: Will ship next business day.

How will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered by professional carriers during business hours and your acknowledgment signature will be required.
 
When can I expect my order?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is automatically calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address.
 
My order has shipped but I have not received it yet.
The carrier may have trouble finding your address or may have already attempted delivery when no one was home/office. Should there be any problems with your delivery, Aikah will strive to inform you accordingly. If your order, however, has passed the scheduled delivery date as advised in your shipment notification, please contact us. We will investigate with the appropriate carrier and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
 
I need to change my shipping address.
If you have not yet received your order confirmation you can amend your details or cancel the order by contacting us.
 
What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
In case of any problems with your delivery, Aikah will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
