Returns & Refund Policy
How can I return my item?
Returns are subject to Aikah Sales and Refunds Policy. If you do wish to return your order, or just certain items from it, please contact us at +97152 114 8998 (WhatsApp only) between 8:00AM and 6:30PM Monday to Friday within 7 days from the date you receive the product. Once we receive your returned product, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased and Original Manufacturers packing.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 7-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been processed by Aikah. For cash payments we will require your bank details (IBAN/SWIFT) to proceed with the refund to your account. Credit Cards and Debit cards are charged when the order is placed. For any order cancellations prior to shipping, you will automatically be refunded to your account within 5-7 business days.
What happens if I have received a defective item?
If you're having trouble with your product or believe it is defective, please contact us through Email /WhatsApp within 48 hours to report your defective product.
